How Subscribe & Save works
When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, you enroll in a recurring order so you never run out. Here's exactly what you agree to:
- Discount: You save 20% off the one-time price on every subscription order.
- Delivery frequency: Your product ships automatically at the interval you select at checkout (for example, every 30 or 60 days).
- Billing: Your saved payment method is charged automatically on the day each order ships, at the then-current subscription price. We'll email you a reminder before each renewal.
- No commitment: There is no minimum number of orders, no sign-up fee, and no cancellation fee.
How to skip, change, or cancel
You're always in control. You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, swap products, or cancel anytime:
- Log in to your account and manage your subscription under "Subscriptions," or
- Email info@alpha-health.us or call 919-381-2691 and we'll take care of it for you.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, make changes at least 2 days before your next scheduled ship date. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges.
Refunds on subscription orders
Your first subscription order of each product is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Refund & Return Policy). If a renewal ships before you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
